ACCOUNT COORDINATOR

Soulsight, a highly strategic and creative iconic brand design agency is looking for Account Coordinators to join our Account Team.

JOB SUMMARY

As an Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently managing project management tasks for assigned client(s) in partnership with the larger Account Team. This role requires someone who displays a team-oriented approach, high attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication skills. This role will report directly to a Senior Account Manager or Account Director.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • 2 years of experience in Account Management or Client Services, history working in branding and design a plus
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulately speak to project-related content
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Highly organized and able to juggle multiple assignments/projects at one time
  • Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment
  • Works collaboratively with Design, Strategy, Production, Operations and New Business

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Works with an optimistic attitude and is a champion in the project process, keeping the cross functional team on task.
  • Supports client and agency needs in a timely and organized manner.
  • Displays ability to build trusting relationships both internally and externally.
  • Manages multiple projects or accounts, establishes successful client relationships with day-to-day contacts.
  • Coordinates all project-related details for assigned accounts. Includes:
    • Preparing estimates or scopes of work with timelines, deliverables and key milestones 
    • Accurately managing project forecasting and billing
    • Developing meeting reports and managing internal/external correspondence
    • Proofing presentations and proposals to ensure accuracy
    • Managing internal resources and agency scheduling
    • Managing internal project management platform and inputting accurate information in a timely manner
